Vegan Cream Cheese and Scallion Dip

Serve alongside your favorite tofu nuggets -- like my everything bagel tofu strips!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese (I used tofutti)
  • 1/4 tsp each of onion and garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 2-4 tsp unsweetened non-dairy milk
Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the non-dairy milk.

  2. Add the non-diary milk 2 tsp at a time until you reach your desired dip consistency.

  3. Taste, and season with more salt or onion/garlic powder if you wish.
