This recipe for a classic vegan caesar salad is packed with flavour and topped with coconut bacon for an added salty crunch!

Ingredients
For the classic vegan caesar salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup vegan mayonaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp capers, minced
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1 tbsp vegan gluten-free worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt, to taste (might not need depending on the mayo you use!)
For the rest of the salad
  • 1 head romain lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut bacon (see recipe below)
Instructions
  1. Combine all the vegan caesar salad dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

  2. Toss the lettuce in the dressing and serve topped with coconut bacon.
